The location was perfect, close to the reserve. Excellent food and helpful staff. Beautiful huts in a serene setting. Economic option compared to others. Comfortable room, great amenities.

Breakfast items were sometimes served cold. Room service was a bit slow.

The hotel was close to nature, very close to the jungle. Cleanliness was top-notch. Hotel facilities were impressive, especially the pool and garden. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Spent Easter at a resort near Pench National park. the location was great, only a short drive to the park's entrance and we were able to spot some wildlife on our way there. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the food was delicious, especially the desserts. It was also great that the resort had a souvenir shop with locally made products.

the front desk staff was not very friendly and seemed uninterested in helping us.

The maintenance and upkeep of the cottages need immediate attention, as they are poorly maintained and in need of renovation.
